RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY – Novozen

RETURNS

Important note: Returns are not free of charge. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.

• There must be no damage caused by improper use.

• Hygiene and personal products must be cleaned and in a suitable condition for return.

• If the item is defective, the defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.

The return will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. The return will only be accepted if all conditions are met.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged items.

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Make sure that all of the above conditions are met.

3. Include the following information in the email:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos if the item is damaged

• Full name

• Address

Once we have received your inquiry, we will send you the return address.

Never return to the sender's address.

The return must be sent to the address we provide via email. The customer pays for the return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION

CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you have made the purchase as a private individual (not a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Since our system is fully automated, the order is processed and shipped immediately after ordering. This means that an order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped.

If your package has been shipped, please wait to receive it and then follow our return policy.

The cancellation is complete when we have received the returned item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping and fees) within 14 days via the same payment method used for purchase.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our products are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia, which may result in longer delivery times than usual.

If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You can return the item after receipt.

To speed up the process, we recommend that you have your shipping confirmation with tracking number ready.
